I own Backline Nashville. A client is renting an Electro 4d for a tour, they sent Electro 4 files to load into the 4d, it doesn't seem to work.
Are the files compatible, or is there a way to get Electro 4 samples to load to an Electro 4d?

They are compatible but... looking at specs on https://www.nordkeyboards.com/legacy-pr ... electro-4/ you can see this:

Memory Nord Electro 4 SW73/HP
380 MB memory dedicated to the Nord Piano Library
128 MB memory dedicated to the Nord Sample Library

Memory Nord Electro 4D SW61
185 MB memory dedicated to the Nord Piano Library
68 MB memory dedicated to the Nord Sample Library

so the difference in memory could be the problem, if a backup/bundle is from a SW73/HP and exceeds NE4D capacity.
