Sounds on Piano 4 to Play Pink Floyd
I've been wanting to do a Pink Floyd / Zeppelin Tribute cover band for a while now, but the equipment is holding me up. I currently have a Piano 4 since I was a piano major in college and didn't get the Stage due to playing strictly classical. I would really love to be able to play as close as possible to Pink Floyd samples on my current Piano 4. It's not in my budget at the moment to purchase a Stage, I'm hoping when I'm able to start gigging on the side, I'll be able to get one!
Thanks in advance!!

I don't think you're going to be happy with the results on the NP4. Yes, you can trigger samples and play piano parts -- but that's about it. There's no organ section and no synth -- both of which would have to be sampled. Yuck.
You could get much farther with a recent Electro, and of course nail it with a NS3 or NS4.

I think I have gear issues ....

I wouldn't be so sure @cphollis...
It might work OK for a Zeppelin tribute, since there was no keys player.
(OK OK, JPJ did play a bit!)
