TP1 does not work with other cords

I've built a pedal board to mount all of the pedals (SP1, Moog EP3, TP1, Boss FS-7, Moog EP3) for my stage 3 88. The pedal board has a patchbay where all of the pedals on the board plug into it, and when I get to a gig I use a snake that plugs into the patchbay and then into the stage 3.
All pedals work except the Nord triple pedal TP1. If I plug the TP1 directly into the sustain jack of the stage 3, it works. If I plug it into the patchbay, it doesn't work. I've confirmed the continuity of the snake cable, and I've confirmed the continuity of the patchbay. I've also tried using a TRS female to male cord with the TP1, but that doesn't work either. I've tried a TRS female to female adapter with another TRS cord, but that will not work.
Could it be that there is some type of electronic mumbo-jumbo where the TP1 doesn't like any other cables in the mix?

The Nord Triple Pedal 1 is neither an on/off type nor a continuous sustain pedal. Instead, it provides 4 stages of defined resistance to the Nord Stage 3 in order to provide the special pedal noise calculation with the necessary data. It may be that the cable extension and the second contact in-between will move the resulting total resistance outside of the specs.

Theoretically possible but quite unlikely, given the range of NTP1 resistors and since the OP states that the cables continuity has been tested.
I would rather suggest the OP to check if the NTP1 jack is making good contact with the patchbay and/or extension cables, by measuring with a multimeter the resistance between T-S and R-S and the end of the snake/extension cable (with pedal plugged in and pressing each pedal), which should match what is measured at NTP1 jack without extensions.

I've attached the results of a TRS resistance test using a multimeter with two cable configurations NTP1 alone, and the NTP1 + Patchbay + Snake while pressing each of the NTP1 pedals from left to right numbered 1, 2, and 3.
I think the results affirm the continuity tests that I previously conducted, and also affirms that the measured resistance of each pedal in both cable configurations is nearly identical. Hmmm...?

Also, there is a slight difference in the cable ends between the NTP1 and the snake. I measured the resistance to the snake's nickel tip and not to its apparently copper top.

Your picture shows the different lengths of the contact and insulating cylindrical surfaces of both connectors. The differences are not large and we do not expect them to have an effect on the functionality.
If the electrical properties of both pedal connection methods are the same, I would check this. Use a Snake connector with dimensions more similar to the NTP1 connector.

If you look closely at the snake plug in my previous photo, you will see some debris that looks like plastic around the black insulators. It's hard to imagine that that little bit of debris prevented it from working, however after removing it, all of the functions of the TP1 now work as expected. Appreciate the input.
