FOH mix to the aux input?

Would it be possible to route an in-ear monitor to the Nord Piano 5 aux input instead and use the in-ears on the headphone jack? Figured I could hear myself in stereo (even if I'm going mono to FOH) and still get whatever's in the mix.

So FOH to the aux input? I don't think there's any level control for that input, so it'll either be too soft or too loud

I don't fully understand what you intended to do, but every signal that gets into monitor-in will go with the same level to main-out as well as to the phones-out. That may need to be considered.
It sounds quite unlikely to me that that's what you wanted. "Monitor-in" is a quite bad name in my eyes for what it's doing.

Oh, yeah... I forgot Nord changed the Monitor in to also feed the main outs. If that is not configurable than the answer is no.
However, you could just get a small mixer. Here are some options that would work. All three of these options would let you connect your NP to the mixer directly for your headphone mix along with your In Ear mix and also send a feed to the FOH.

It would be fine to hear all the band's sounds...as long as you don't play keyboards.
Then you would have a loop
Nord > mixer > main mix into your Nord > mixer etc etc.
You're get horrible feedback both in your ears AND in the main mix

So monitor-in would still be channeled out the L and R? yeah no thanks

Yeah like someone else mentioned, last thing I'd want is a feedback loop! Didn't think aux in would get fed to L & R. Oh well

Actually that is one reason, why the V-Stage triggers my GAS. As far as I found in the manua, it‘s possible to route Mic/Line in to the different buses/outs. Just could not find out if it’s also possible to route sub-out only to the phones and how to control the mix/volumes. Currently I use the Behringer Flow 8 effectively for this purpose.

I've also used a Behringer Flow 8 as my personel monitor mix.
But its a bit over kill when all you want is to mix a monitor from FOH and your Nord.
I've successfully been using a tiny Behringer 302 usb mixer.
I have used its in built head phone amp, but normally send to a powered floor monitor.
It can be usb powered and has a nice big usb B socket.
Only thing that some wont like is that the inputs are on rca phono's.
I've done hundreds of gigs with this, and to be able to balance the foh vox mix and a direct out from my nord to my stage monitor is very nice.
No need to ask a stage hand to adjust anything.
it's cheap too. Only around £40
