No soft release om many pianos on NS4?

Have Clavia taken a step back with its Piano library?
One of my favourite grand is the "Bright Grand XL". On my NS3 this piano had soft release option but on my new NS4 that is no longer avalible.
That makes that piano less comfortable to play. I have a new favourite White Grand, but who knows if they suddenly remove the soft release option on this piano to in the future.
