Hi Guys

I got a brand new Electro 6d recently - played fine when first arrived. Come back a few days later and no sound .. I cannot figure out if I have accidentally achieved this by messing up the settings ?

I did connect it to the most up to date nord sound manager on switching it on the second time - tried disconnecting , turning off/on but no luck .

Have attached photo of the current settings - I'm not very tech savy, please help

Disconnect all cables and pedals, and try with a known good set of headphones.

I tried that but it didn't work - still no sound through headphones or speakers . Iv take usb cable out. There's no pedal. Just the power cable . Tried turning off at plug.
Thinking to do a factory reset ..

Literally have no idea why it's stopped working. All the lights come on but nothing when I hit any of the keys. Volumes turned up. But no sound . I only used it for a few mins when I first got it a few days ago. Havnt really used it properly yet so am a bit unsure what's going on.

Just tried a factory reset but still no sound ... anyone have any ideas where I go from here ?

Contact your point of purchase and ask for official assistance (?)
