Problem with operating Keyscape software with Nord 6D7D

I have recently installed in my computer the Keyscapes software to work through my Nord 6D using a usb cable. When I try to play any of sample sounds from the software I get no sounds from my keyboard. Does anyone have any advice for me to rectify this problem?

Make sure the sending MIDI channel in your Nord and the receiving MIDI channels in the Keyscape software match. Then, you shouldn't expect the sound to come from your keyboard, but from the computer.

What Fziegler wrote, mind that NE6 supports only MIDI over USB but not Audio, so I hope you are not expecting to hear Keyscape sounds from your NE6 Outputs/Headphone because this will never happen, they will be generated by the soundcard (internal or external) of your computer and that you select on Keyscape settings.
