NL3 - can the filter self-oscillate?

Nord Lead 3. Don't (yet) have one. Trying to find out if the filter can self-oscillate, since I know it can't in some other Nord Leads.
The manual states this:
"If you are using the HP, LP, CLASSIC or DIST LP filter types, increasing the Resonance will emphasise frequencies around the set Filter Frequency (cutoff frequency), making the sound thinner. Further raising the Resonance will make the sound resonant to a point where the filter adds a ringing quality to the sound."
That sounds to me like self-oscillation, but is it?
Thanks
