What you need to do is download the Nord Sound Manager software to your computer, if you don't already have it. A new version was just released in the last week or two.

Connect your NE5 to the computer via USB and open up the Sound Manager application. From here, you can upload programs from the NE5 to your computer, as well as doing a complete backup. I'd suggest ensuring you have the most recent OS loaded on your NE5 and do a full backup. This will capture all of your custom programs and any sample data (pianos/other) that are currently loaded in the NE5.

When you get the new NE5, you can load the backup file to it and it should be identical.
