Keyboard error storage failure

When I turn on my Grand, the next message appears: "Keyboard error storage failure. Press [EXIT]". I do it and the piano works. I've tried to reload the factory restore system, and the message is still there. What can I do?

That could be an error related to keyboard calibration memory, if so it could be just a loose connector (the one used to read that memory from mainboard, if the chip is on a specific keybed board like on other models) or something more serious, in any case a check by authorized Nord service would be the thing to do (contact your point of sale or Nord country distributor for that).

If you are out of warranty and/or want to try and check yourself, see nord-piano-grand-forum-f10/nord-grand-complete-disassembly-and-teardown-guide-t19178.html
