Nord Rack 1 - horrible squealing from filter

Hi. I bought a Nord Rack 1 the other day, on power up it has a horrible feedback type squeal on the filter. Its on every preset. Here's a video of it.

I don't know much about hardware synths - have I bought a dud?

That video is private. Sit it to "unlisted" or "public" so that anyone with the link can access it. Nords are all fully digital internally, so a "faulty filter" like on analog synthesizers really isn't a thing (unless by some miracle a single bit in the software was somehow corrupted on a sub-atomic level).
