Key velocity issue on Nord Piano 2

Hi there,
I've read on this forum about problems with velocity (key being pressed always registers as a very hard hit) usually being down to dust in the contacts (or other problems with the rubber sheet / PCB).
I followed this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bv8-ag2jpHQ to dismantle the keyboard and it's certainly grubby in there (don't blame me, it's second-hand!)
The problem I'm having is that the PCB on the piano model/s isn't on the back of the keyboard assembly, but between the keys and the frame where I can't get at it (please see photo)
Can anyone advise, or point me to a resource which can tell me how to get to the PCB?
Thank you
