I pre-ordered a Nord Grand 2. Any word on whether that will be compatible with the existing Nord wood stand V4? Or do I need to wait for release of a new wood stand?

The website mentions the option Nord Wood Keyboard Stand for the Grand 2. Until now, they've never specified a matching version. As it doesn't already exist in the wild, you can only ask the national distributor if they are willing or able to clarify.

Okay, thanks for replying. When I was looking at the specs somehow I missed the wood stand being listed as an accessory. Thank you!!

I bought the wood stand in 2018 (version no.?) together with my nord piano 4.
Now I am thinking about upgrading to a nord grand 2.
My local music store couldn't answer my question wether the wood stand is compatible with the nord grand 2 or not.
I would be delighted, if someone could help me further.

I'd try to ask the national distributor - they should know.

FYI: According to my national distributor the wood stand is compatible with the nord grand 2

I hope this is true. But more important: Enjoy your Grand 2, if you buy it. In my eyes, it's absolutely great!
(But I went another path, preferring an EP simulation over an AP simulation.)

I can confirm now: my old wood stand and also my old music stand are compatible with the nord grand 2.
Unfortunately, my grand 2 seems to be defective (the sound doesn't stop when you release the key in the 2 highest octaves), so no tears of joy for me so far

likely not defective... top 2 octaves behave that way on an acoustic piano ( no dampers )
cheers and enjoy your Grand 2

You may check: That issue should depend on the used piano model - not all brands have the same amount of keys without dampers. In acoustic pianos, there is literally no space for dampers with the highest strings, which should be a defective situation. But simulating also those imperfections makes the replication 'real'. Same with damper noise etc.
