Hi folks,
is the issue in the subject possible? I want to put the Synth-Intro of "Fox on the run" by The Sweet into the Sample-Section of the Nord Stage 3.
Googled it but couldn't get an answer.

You need to use the Nord Sample Editor (NSE4) in order to get samples to load on an Electro, Stage, Piano or Grand. NSE4 allows line audio or 16 bit *.wav files as sources. In order to get an MP3 into a Stage, you'd need to convert it first into a *.wav file.
And there is a length limit of 60 seconds for samples on the NSE4. Which wasn't there in NSE2.

O.k., I could load the .wav-File into the Editor. But I can't find any command in the menu to send it to the Nord or to the Nord Sound Manager. How does this work?

Just save it according to your instrument - in this case in nsmp3 format. Then load it with NSM.
The right format will be selected for saving if your instrument is connected. You have free choice if it isn't.

But it was sent directly from the Editor to the Nord without using the Manager.
