Nord Sample Library Error Message

I’ve just been trying to use the Nord Sample Library for the first time to load a new sample onto my Nord Grand. I’m using the latest version of the software, on Mac. Every time I try backing up the Nord, I get the same error message: “USB Error: Bulk pipe read failure: kIOUSBPipeStalled - Pipe has stalled, error”.
I only have the one computer I can try it from. I’m not using a USB hub, and I’ve tried the process using every USB available in the back of my iMac.
Does anyone know why this issue keeps happening and what the solution for it is? Thanks in advanced.
