Percussion on the Vox and Farfisa Organ engines

Hi,
I have a 1969 Vox Continental Super II with percussion. I use this sound a lot, but I can't seem to figure out how to apply it with my Nord D6.
I have the same issue with the Farfisa engine. My Compact Deluxe has a fantastic percussion sound, but how do I switch it on with the Nord? For both organ engines the percussion needs to be switchable so I can turn it on or off when playing live.
I will be very disappointed if it's only configured for the Hammond engine. Can anyone help?
Cheers

Hi, I already responded in the other thread where you asked this question: percussion is not supported by Nord Organ engine for Vox and Farfisa clones, the NE6 manual does not mention it (while it does for B3 clone) so it should not be a surprise.

As a workaround, you may sample the original percussion sound from your Vox/Farfisa, convert to .nsmp3 with Nord Sample Editor and use it in the NE6 Synth section (which you can switch on/off as needed).

Thank you :) I didn't see your previous reply.

No problem :) I am sorry I had to give you a negative answer, but it is what it is...

Marimba sample with decay a little slowed down.....those envelopes work!
Or run just the Hammond perc with the combos.
Hey Nord,a real B3? The 1' drawbar cancels when perc is engaged.
They KNOW this and ignore me and many others who CALL THEM OUT on it.

The solution is in fact very easy; buy a real Hammond :D

No need to do that. LeftyBass68 has (more than) one AFAIK. So wanted an adequate ersatz for lugging around. Which a Stage will never be.
