Nord 6D spares

I am new to this forum and hav searched to find information about getting spares for my Electro 6D, but did not get any results, hence my ask. Who/where reliably supplies spares for this board in the UK, as I have a broken C natural key. I understand that a company called Headline is the new UK Nord distributoer, however I have called 3 times over the last 3 weeks and only get an answerphone, but no-one calls back - not impressed so far? - I will appreciate any information or a general steer to where I can acquire spare parts for my Nord Elec tro 6D, many thanks
