Hi! Does anyone have experience of buying second hand Nords? Any particular issues to look out for? Any tips or good/bad experiences? Thank you :)

I've bought some. There's nothing specific about buying a used Nord versus a used any-other-brand of keyboard. Play it, make sure stuff works, make sure it hasn't been abused, and if it seems good, most likely it is. They're not known for hidden defects, really, and unlike, perhaps, other brands they're quite reliable and tend to just keep on working fine. They're also pretty easily repairable if there's a problem you didn't notice, especially the keybeds which are all just standard Fatar actions and parts for those are widely available. Servicing the keybed is pretty well DIY-easy if you're handy and not a tyro, too.

The hammer-portable keybeds on Nord Electro, Nord Stage 3 76 HP are not very good in my opinion. Go for Nord Stage 2 or Nord Stage 3 88, with better keybed TP40. My Nord Stage 2 is now 10 years old. Works pretty much like new...

As already written, a used NORD keyboard is no different from any other used device.

Even if it is time-consuming and annoying, take the time and test EVERY button and EVERY pot, not to mention the keyboard.
Also check the heavy-duty tools such as pitch bend and modwheel to see if they are working properly (and in their zero position).

Yes for the HP keybed as mentioned above.
I'd check all the buttons as my reverb on/off needs a change... after 12 years ;)
