HELP Needing a sample created

Post by Pinkswan76 »

I recently purchased a NP5 and I need a sound that is in a song. Is there anyone out there that can create a sample pretty close to the sound in the intro of this song?

If the NP5 has a delay effect, just follow instructions below for dotted eight note delay formula and use any staccato sample you want.

Multiply The Tempo by 1.333 to get the Tempo of the delay

1 Quarter Note at 60 BPM = 1 Second (1,000 milliseconds)

Divide the BPM of the song into milliseconds of each beat.

Example a song of 60 BPM means that each quarter note is one second long (1,000 milliseconds)

X = Song Tempo BPM
U = Quarter Note Delay Time in milliseconds
60,000 ÷ (X) = (Y)

So, a song of 120 BPM = 500 milliseconds

Then you'd take 500 ÷ 1.333 = 375 milliseconds

Manually
First try to get the delay in time with quarter notes of the Tempo

Then play eight notes, while gradually shortening the delay time
