Nord website Contact Form not working

Does anyone else have this problem?

This website the recaptcha is messing up
I select all the ice creams it 'submits'
Then I get a server timeout problem.
Can you guys at Nord please fix this mess?
It would help if Nord Support had a phone number that isn't a Swedish number.. (1-800 maybe?)

All the above + if you look at the error it seems you are passing through Cloudflare, which looks quite unusual to me (maybe you have a browser plugin doing that and creating the problem? I suggest to try a different and "clean" browser)

I think it's arrogant to ignore that Nord customer support is given by their distributors in country, not by Nord themselves, and blame them for not answering support questions directed to them directly

Nord choose that model to be there first line for customers. Nord choose the the distributors to be their first line to their customers. So it's Nord's responsibility to make sure those distributors are doing there job to support as well as sell to music stores.

Absolutely and I fully agree if the distributor does not fulfill his support obligations.
Here it was an attempt to ask Nord directly for support and then blame them for not providing that support, although they clearly state that it's not them providing any such support but the local distri. And guys, we all know that Nord is a small company and as such cannot provide direct support to their customers globally with their number of people. Not excusing anything here but putting it into perspective.

I wonder
how they're going to do that though, since any complaint that the user will ever write will reach the distributors only, who don't respond as we know, and not Nord.

Like other companies they provide a general contact form or like other companies I've worked for have someone monitor online issues and report back. Usually that is done by someone in marketing who passes the info to the department that needs to be made aware. Being this is only Nord website I know of I would bet they have someone in stealth mode checking out hot threads.
