how to load a nspg file into a new Stage 3?

Hi everyone,
I would like to load Alex's DX7 patch (nord-stage-classic-ex-programs-nspg-fil ... e_vignette) into my new Stage 3, but it's not giving me an option to load a .nspg file. Any ideas?

You cannot - it’s not possible to load programs from other versions of a Nord
