Sample Editor 4.20 no signal

Hi together
I tried with Apollo 4 and another AudiocardMac M1. The sound comes in, no problem. If I start Nord sample editor 4.20, choose the input/output selection to the Audiocard I want, I can't sample, because there is no signal coming in. Did I forget something?
