Can anyone guess which Nord's EP sounds close to this? Maybe EP8 or EP9??...
Thank you.

I would start with the new EP9 and would add a bit of amp drive, in my NE5 probably the JC or TWIN mode. As far as any typical Rhodes tremolo is concerned I don‘t here much of it. And it seems being played rather softly, if you play harder then you might have to cut the treble in the EQ a bit.
The EP7 could be an alternative because it brings the drive onboard.
Good luck and cheers from Germany

I would also suggest the new Stockholm EP (9) to come closest to the sound of the Rhodes Bob James plays there. But i would not use one of the ampsims from the Nord, because i find them not to sound very pleasing to my ears. Maybe it’s only me, but for me the Nord Rhodes are sounding „small“ and „boxy“ with those ampsims in a certain way. I would tweak the sample with the onboard eq, if necessary.

That a classic old Rhodes sound so don't want all the highend of modern Rhodes samples. I'm not at my Nord but I'd start with the older EP samples and tweak to add so upper midrange if you like. I like turning on the Bright reverb option.

The Stockholm EP is sampled from a classic old Rhodes Mk1 from 1976.
