Hope you are doing well!

I recently bouth a Nord Piano 5.

I've noticed that it has differents piano versions from factory than the ones that are in the libraries sections to download.

Example, White grand 6.3 on piano vs 6.1 on the download section. I suppose that 6.3 would be a later version, right?

I ask to be sure, and also because i did not see yet this versions libraries that comes with the piano from factory on website.

Yes for some reason Clavia STILL has not fixed this problem and it's very confusing - not just for you, but for anyone looking to update their sounds.

Some of us have gone ahead and downloaded the 6.3 versions to use on our own, non-Piano boards (mine is an Electro 6). I particularly like the updated Wurli files which allow the use of the Dyno settings, considerably improving the sounds of those samples. Wurli has been kind of ignored by Clavia so it was nice to get that update. Also there is smaller-sized file for the White Grand XL that opened up a lot of download space, always precious on Nords.

Several of us emailed and/or called Clavia about this some time ago, asking/wondering what was up. Those emails/calls were totally ignored, despite robo-promises that follow-up was forthcoming. And with no-one here on the forum anymore to act as a liaison for support, we are on our own.

Just load the factory banks for the NP5 here: https://www.nordkeyboards.com/sites/def ... v1.24.np5b

Rename the file afterwards into ".zip" and extract it. Under Piano you will find the new White Grand.
