Hi all,
I have problem with my NE5. Suddenly it stoped working after I cleaned contacts. Now it is not going in boot mode. Anyone can help??

Hi, first thing to do: reopen it and recheck all flat cables between mainboard and panel (unplug and replug all of them, both sides, carefully, to ensure they are seating correctly and there are no bent pins)

Hi, I had the same problem after a contact cleaning and I found out that the booting issue was caused by one of the internal flat cable connectors not being fully pushed into it corresponding PCB connector.
After making sure that all connectors (especially the one connecting the control panel to the motherboard) were properly inserted, the problem was solved.
