What is the actual multi-timbrality of the Stage 4?
From the panel I’m seeing: two piano voices, a synth with three parts, and two organ voices.
Does this amount to potentially seven unique voices at once, each independently addressable over MIDI?
Thanks
Jim

Yes, each layer can be addressed individually, see NS4 Manual, page 54
LAYER MIDI CONTROL
A second option for controlling parts of the Stage 4 from a external device would be to use its per-Layer MIDI capabilities, allowing for addressing any Layer on a different MIDI channel.

Most, but not all voices have their own FX: The two Organ engines/layers have their FX in common.
