Last week, from local shop in the USA, not a large chain retailer. They told me it had been in stock for about two weeks (around mid February).

I can't get the PAGE NAME button to do anything. I've tried shift-press and a long-press. That button just seems to function as STORE and STORE AS.
But I've had this for less than a week and I'm still learning the interface. I still don't understand those triangles next to some functions...some are shaded solid, some are hollow, and I don't know what the difference is.

I also just received a v2.0 from Sweetwater. The white or gray caps are going to be much easier to see against the black background in low light. Nord parts are supposed to be available from the distributor. Sweetwater promised me a v2.1 so I've asked them about either an exchange, or sending me new fader caps.

Guitar Center in the USA on 10 March sent me a 2.1 rev B for those looking for the latest.

Has anyone in the U.S. received a v2.1 Rev B. with the gray faders?
IGNORE THIS - I SEE THE POSTED v2.1 is from someone in the U.S.

I got a 2.1 Rev B last week in the UK.
