The first time I hauled my Stage 3 88 into a rear car seat, I saw a need for a second handle on the bottom. So, get a used ( Goodwill/Salvation Army) luggage bag with a nice, steel reinforced canvas handle. Drill two holes between the Nord bag stand-up posts, use two 1-1/2 inch bolts with lock nuts to afix handle. Works great, position new handle high enough so it wheels freely and is out of the way. 10 minute job.

Re: Nord Bag, bottom handle fix!
So funny, just last night, when I decided to buy the GB88, I said to myself, maybe I could install a handle on the other side. And then laughed and knew while technically possible, it's not something I'd ever do. But...now.....
Can you post one more pic of exactly how you affixed the handle? (I guess a shot from the opposite direction, facing in?) And do you think getting the size of the handle perfect is necessary? Any chance you could measure the exact length and width of the handle you got?
Thanks for posting!

Re: Nord Bag, bottom handle fix!
Here: The bolts are actually 7/32 x 2 inch, and were trimmed and filed after nuts & washers . The handle assembly was re-purposed from your standard airport carry-on wheelie bag. It was $5.00 at Goodwill..."i'll take that ripped one with the nice padded handle". The entire handle assembly was removed (rivets popped) from the luggage, each end cut, folded , and drilled. The soft padded handle is 8 inches wide, but tucks nicely into the 6 inch gap between posts.
The drilled holes (7/32 drill) are are centered and about 1/2 inch up from the base /fabric. Works great, tucks away for rollin'.
