Nord Stage 3 Blinking problem, Hardware or Voltage ?

Hello guys!
So I have my nord stage 3 for 1 year and half , doing cruise ships gigs, it’s a European model 230V.
Onboard we have a 220 socket, but now, I’m for rehearsals in US and tried to setup my nord and that happened. I used a converter European to US socket.
I’ll attach a video below, if anyone know what it’s the problem, or how can I fix it please hit me up.
I’m mentioning that I flu with her from Europe so might be a hardware problem that might heppend on the way here ? Or I can fix it somehow to use it in US while I’m styaing here.
Thank you so much!

I presume that you are using an external transformer, not just a socket converter... Which type? Please post the specifications.

I tried both ways, with a Power Bright Transformer 2000W and without just with a socket converter EU to US, still same problem.

Something does not make sense... a socket for US voltage (which is 110-115V) will not make your instrument work if the internal transformer is still set to work with 230V. Did you change the transformer switch to 115V? Also if you change the internal transformer you also need to change the fuse. There is a link to that info in the FAQ.

Do you have something connected to the expression pedal input? That might be the problem of the blinking level control.

It powered up with no problem. So, that part did work. We don't know where the flickering synth level control comes from - but it may be something like dirty power. Just an idea - I'm not especially experienced in things like that.
You use an external power converter (I mean real 'poowwerrr' converter) for 2000 W. Which will easily work with your hair dryer. Are you sure it provides clean power for a poor little digital device like your keyboard (with maybe 30 W)?

I didn’t change it, I don’t know what’s the problem, also I had the control pedal connected when I tried back at the rehearsals, but the video it’s from home, so I didn’t had any pedal connected. I don’t really know what should I do, the keyboard works fine, but the synth’s volume still blinking and Led’s panels switching off sometimes, it’s the corect way to use it with a converter for US ?
