Nord Stage 3 doesn't turn on

Hello,
I'm the proud owner of a Nord Stage 3, it hasn't turned on since this morning.
It turns on briefly then turns off when I unplug it then plug it back in, here is a video link.
The fuse seems ok

Please help my


Edit : after unplugging it longer (15 minutes)
The screen stayed longer, it even launched the first program. then it's off.

Could be a power supply problem or some other component that overheats and causes the system to go in "protection" , take it to service.

Just my two cents ....
Unfortunately Nord is not dual voltage, are you sure the your Power supply (inside the keyboard) is correct voltage?

The nord dont move from my home studio since 2 year, and work during this period, but how can i be sure about that?

I just took it apart
the slider is set to 230v (I live in France).

Not directly related, but I see one of the keys (D note) seems to be off (partially pushed down). Has the board taken some physical damage/stress?

the key D work well, i dont no why at vertical it not align

It's probably unlikely to cause this problem but since you aleady opened the NS3 I suggest to check if all cables are seated and connected properly, or if some are slightly out of connection - maybe disconnect and re-connect each of them and then try again

I otherwise agree with Max, take it to a Nord service center.
