Screen not working

Hello good people of norduserforum.com, I just turned on my Electro 6D for the first time in about 2 weeks and was unfortunately greeted with a nearly pitch black screen. Last I used it, the screen was vibrant as ever with no discoloration, and had never acted up before.

I keep my keyboard covered at all times (expect when in use, of course) and have taken care of it diligently otherwise. I’ve never dropped it, dropped something on it, spilled food/drink on it, etc.

I bought it used early in 2022, and aside from one minor scratch it seemed to be in great condition. I have owned this device for less than a year and have done my best to take care of it.

Did something happen, or is this just general wear and tear? Also, how can I go about repairing/replacing the screen?

Thank you, I appreciate any advice that comes my way.

You've had your keyboard for less than a year, so still under warranty. Contact your dealer about getting it fixed.

EDIT: sorry, missed the part about being a used keyboard. I'd still check with a local dealer or repair center and see if it can be serviced as a warranty repair. If not then the most likely failure is the backlight on the OLED, which unfortunately most likely requires a replacement of the entire display.

You can order a replacement display from syntaur: https://syntaur.com/Part-9977-Display-Nord-OLED

I'm not sure If you still have warranty if you buy it used. He didn't mention it's from 2022.
