Longevity of Nord Grand keybed?

I've had a Nord Grand since early August, and love it, BUT the keybed is already beginning to degrade with <1 hr/day of usage. Some keys click when played quickly, some keys are higher than others, and the volume on some keys changes abruptly (I think I read this relates to the contacts). Mostly different keys are in each category. This seemed a short time to have obvious keybed degradation, and the shop I bought it from has shipped out a replacement.
So that brings me to my question. I'm concerned that this is a fault of the product/keybed itself, and the replacement will exhibit the same issues. What should I expect from the replacement? Are there some Nord Grands that last? Do I have a reason for optimism?
