Hello, i ordered new Nord stage 3 compact and after unboxing i was very dissapointed. Product was very damaged, now i am on refund process with company. Problem is, that there is no other Nord Stage 3 products at e-shops in Slovakia or Czech republic (I am from Slovakia) or Thomann.de and there are infos about new products come at start of november. Whats the problem with delivery products? Why are e-shops and shops empty with Nord stage products?

Uhh that’s bad ….
Availability of the Nord’s is an issue since months, likely caused by shortages of electronic chips and other disruptions in the global supply chains. No quick improvement visible on the horizon …

Corona in China - Lockdowns - no electronics produced - chip shortage - no supply for companies to build electronics - no new Nord, Kurzweil, Yamaha, Korg, Roland, Behringer (lol), the list goes on.
But... the broken key is an Italian product. It should be no big deal to repair that. If it wasn´t new and mine, I´d do that on my own. But well, it´s a new one and naturally warranty should step in with no hassle for you.
Maybe you can make a deal with them and have it repaired for no cost. And they should throw a keystand or something in it for your hassle.

+1, I'd go that direction as well.
FYI here is a picture of the Fatar TP8/O keybed that is used on NS3 Compact, as you can see it has that "hook" vertical part of the key which holds it to the frame and in this case it is probably either broken or just to be put back in place.

That sucks and even more that the store you bought it from can't set you up with the distributer or local Nord repair to fix it immediately. I would contact who you bought it from and tell them to get it repaired immediately or you will be forced to return for a refund.
The supply chain is real but I don't think it's still the problem it was. There is talk of some new announcements from Nord in October or November and that could be why supply of Nords is low. Nord and Nord dealers are probably selling whatever they have to make room for something new.

^^ I do not think repair would be easy.
To me it looks like the dark horizontal frame is bent also, mine certainly does not bend up like that at the ends..
