One of my keys are louder than the others…
I recently just bought the nord electro 6D and have one of my keys louder than the rest of them.. no matter how u press it you get the same sound from it. Literally just bought it, any help is appreciated.

If it should be full velocity, there's a quite simple explanation what it could be: From the two sensors of that key, only one acts the right way. The other may have some dirt under the rubber housing.
As your NE6 is new and under warranty, you might send it in for repair. If you open it up, you will probably lose your warranty. Talk to your dealer or the Nord representation of your country (American Music and Sound - see https://www.nordkeyboards.com/distributors).
