Nord Electro 6D Repair Inquiry

Would anybody be able to assist in figuring out why my 6D won't power on?
I've attached a photo of the PSU. I don't know how to determine if it's the PSU or the MAINBOARD.
I know the very fundamentals of how to use a voltmeter if that helps? I just am not sure how to determine which pins I should test, and what voltage I should be looking for.
I've checked the fuse by the way, that was obviously the first thing I checked. The keyboard doesn't power on at all, no lights, no sound, no screen.
