Hi, I wrote a small app to calculate this for the Nord Wave2 and many other Nord devices.

Thank you guys for this precious help.
Do you have a midi messages table too? Something to summarize the different codes to be issued via midi in order to make the synth change program?

They are there, in the app: Bank Change LSB (CC32) and MSB (CC0) then Program Change
