Sound stops when changing the program bank

I have the nord stage 2 ex. When I want to change from one sound to another (that is in another page or bank) the sound is stopped. I know that this issue has been solved in the nord stage 3. Do you know if any firmware/software update has been implemented to solve this issue in the nord stage 2 ex?

The Stage 2ex doesn't have "seamless transition" when changing programs which is a feature of the Stage 3. Instead, there is a function called 'pending load': You can search for a new program while playing, pre-load it, and activate it when the other sound is done.
"PENDING LOAD: If you want to navigate with the Bank and/or Page buttons and the Value Dial and wait with the loading of a new program until you press a program button, activate Pending Load - hold Shift and press the Page 3 button. When this is active you can press the Bank and Program Page buttons, and scroll with the value dial to “browse” and display the program names in the LCD without actually loading them. The Program Button LEDs will flash to alert you that the program selection will not be activated until you confirm this by pressing a Program Button."
