Are there any single sustain pedals on the market that will activate the Nord sustain pedal noise
samples?

The answer is negative (and discussed a few times on this forum, egg. nord-piano-grand-forum-f10/the-nord-sin ... 17645.html, only Nord Triple Pedal does it properly).
