Nord Wave 2 Mono Output?

I've had the Wave 2 for about 3 weeks now and I'm blown away at how great it is! Still missing a second LFO and a Proper 2nd oscillator, but other than that, I couldn't be happier!

It will be time for rehearsals soon and although I use stereo for gigging, rehearsals are mono using a keyboard amp.

Does the Wave 2 have a mono out option or do you have to use a Y-Splitter?
It's a bit odd in this day and age not to be able to use the left output as a mono out like on most boards out there.

What do you guys do when forced be in mono?

Thanks
D

Wave 2 is a fully stereo instrument so there is no "mono mode", but usually keyboard amps have at least 2 inputs (2Ch/Stereo) since most keyboards nowadays are stereo or have stereo effects (which would not work properly in mono): which brand and model of keyb amp are you using?

It’s a studio supplied Roland KC550.

I’ve never thought about plugging in to two channels on an amp. I just assumed it was mono..what can I say? I’m a Sax player to trade :o)

Chiming in one year later, but for whom it may help… I had this one time where I had to rehearse on a mono amp… using the headphone out with a TSR cable to Mono amp works…
