custom dust cover design

I was thinking about making my own keyboard dust cover (I've made a lot of amp covers) - so I'm asking for your ideas.
If you could design a dust cover the way you really wanted it, what would it include?
Elastic all the way around? or elastic bands only at the ends to go around the short way?
A hole for the Nord music stand? Or a flat bit to slide under the music stand and the rest elasticized?
Any other ideas appreciated.

My original dust cover (non elastic) is perfect as long as it's on the instrument. But it's always lying around while I'm playing. Maybe you add sth. for suspending it.

Order one from LeCover and you’re done. Best covers at fair prices that I’ve been using since the ‘80s.

I am impressed that you can make your own covers. Good for you. I recently changed out my covers a week ago. I purchased from Digital Deck Covers. My suggestion is to make them feel like silk panties like these in the photo (NS3C on the bottom). They look elastic, but they are not. Frankly, they don't need to be elastic, as long as the entire board is covered.
I don't use a music stand, but if I did, I don't think I'd make a cover for it since it's not susceptible to damage from dust. Just focus on the keyboard itself.
The silkier, the better. It will give you peace of mind that you're treating your baby good

If I were to make my own cover I would choose an all-around elastic cover. I would leave a slot open for the Music Stand and add a Velcro tab to close the slot when the music stand is not mounted.

Wish list. I want a Lycra spandex cover for my ns3 73. I have two from many years ago, and one fits like a glove. It’s smooth feeling as silk, has elastic all around with toggle. Goes on and off so easily. I play everyday and always use cover. Most covers are 17 inches wide and a bit too much for the 12” depth of Nord. I would love to get another one but searching hi and lo. Even the Gaters are a bit too big, but may be only option. I do not like it to appear baggy, it must be tight and sleek looking. The company I got my gem from is no longer in production.
Gator GKC-1540 Keyboard Cover
This may be the closest to it. I have returned a few already from online, they are either too big and baggy or stiff like feel and look.

I like the original Nord dust cover v2, elastic all around and fits very well:

An alternative at a lower price is this one:

Thank you. Arriving today is the ‘on stage’ black for 61-76, will see if it’s what I’m lookin* for.

I’ll recommend LeCover, again. I’ve used them since the ‘80s. Very high quality and great value.

Ok will def give them a look thanks. The on-stage arrived, it’s ok, they got the right idea, but the stuff bag is attached, and the material isn’t silky smooth, but it’s close. Besides being made in china, it also has a sticker on the box that says ‘do not use on white keyboards’ which no idea what that’s about. If I keep it, it’s only going on my cheaper keys, not my Nord.
