I've tried to post with a picture attachment twice...no luck.
If this is possible, can someone kindly tell me how it's done.

Hi Roly,
Upload the pic as a file attachment (allowed extensions are .GIF .JPG .PNG) but not .BMP
When the upload completes, and the browser automatically refreshes,
click the place inline button and it will enter the code like this wherever your flashing cursor is.
