RE: SW Sample for Electro 6D?

Hi folks,
My friend let me test out his Nord SW 73 yesterday (it was definitely an SW of some form) - I've just texted him to clarify the exact model (it was either a 2 or a 3 I'm fairly certain).
In any event, I was extremely impressed by the preset 'Electric Finger' (bass guitar).
Is it at all possible, please, for me to download this specific patch and load it into the sample-section of my Nord Electro 6D? Or is it of an incompatible format might anyone know, please? I would really love to have/use this for my left-hand-bass scenarios.
Many thanks in advance (as always!) for any kind assistance offered here . . .
Best,
Paul David Seaman (UK)

Take a look here for lots of bass sounds in the Nord Sample library.
https://www.nordkeyboards.com/sound-lib ... ry-30/bass
There are also some user sounds here in the forum. I don't know the best one to replicate what you heard.

Thanks EricL,
I appreciate your response!
My friend said he has the Nord Stage 3 - my bad.
I looked in the linked list, thanks; but I could not see 'Electric Finger', I'm afraid.
Cheers,
Paul

Hi Paul,
electro user here, so I was curious whether this would be a nice sound for me. Firstly I searched the nord website, stage factory programs
https://www.nordkeyboards.com/sound-lib ... ory-sounds
loaded and opened the zip file on my iPad and found the Electric Finger in Bank F.
Then I went to
https://ns3-program-viewer.herokuapp.com/
which is the fantastic file viewer made by some users of this forum. I opened the Electric Finger here, but, sadly, it is not based on a sample but made with the Stageās synth. What a pity.
Cheers from Germany

You could get him to sample it for you.

Hi Bert,
I really appreciate you taking the time to search and share your experience.
I'm assuming you, like me, have an Electro?
Cheers,
Paul

Hi Normski,
So you mean sample every 3 semitones, and stretch the notes @ 4 per octave - then export as a Wav.?
Cheers,
Paul

Exactly! And then use the Nord Sample Editor to create a nsmp file for your NE6.

Hi Paul
Yeah, as you have access to your mates Stage3. Just sample it.
Cheers Norm

Hi Normski,
I may have found another workaround, actually.
I will let you know how I get on in due course . . .
Best,
Paul
