Nord Wave 2, No Update in Over a Year

I know it is not a big seller for them, but there are plenty of things that have been brought up in this forum that could be addressed. Last update was October 27th, 2020. Since it is still a current instrument, this seems very odd to me.

How do you know it's not a big seller? That's a straight question not a confrontation! Best to clarify as it's the internet
It's had great reviews.

I really hope we get a fix for LFO and vibrato sync across layers.

And the Stage 3 is 4 years old. The NW2 is a little more than a year old.

Fair enough. My impression is that Nord sells less synths (NL4, A1) than Stage Pianos (Electro, Stage). And, the NW2 is much different than any of the Nord leads released. People do like it, but many think it is too expensive given the competition in that space. Note that all Nord Stage pianos have increased in price recently, the NW2 did not. In any case, it just seems very odd that a brand new and current product would not be updated for more than a year.

As this was one of the main reasons I sold it, I 100% agree.
I was going to ask if any other Nord products had been updated in the past year, but I guess the NS3 has received one. Surely the NW2 would sell better if various (and quite major for some of us) things were addressed. This is very unusual for Nord. But it is also taking them a long time to upload the sample library 4.0 (which, by the way, has a few new sounds I haven't seen before...)

Ah gotcha. I see what you're saying re sales.
Yeah totally agree. Odd that there's been no activity.

Let’s hope that good things need time.
