Key Largo - cable clamp replacement part

I use the Radial Key Largo since a while, now the small cable clamp at the rear of the mixer got broken. Does anyone know where to find a replacement part for the cable clamp, or at least what the correct product name is to have a search on the internet?

You were right, they will send complimentary replacement parts. Like this approach

Excellent! That is fairly typical of small companies building high-end specialty items. Plus they are Canadian!! If I needed a top-flight small keyboard mixer I'd throw money their way.
