Sounds like a mouth trumpet.
You can make a sample directly with your own mouth
or buy the Kontakt samples from Embertone ?

As the Sample Editor can sample directly, you could simulate the sound with your mouth on different notes and sample them on the NSE.

Another option would be to download and play the Kazoo VST and sample it in the NSE :

...After few checks, he above VST is based on the samples from :

Therefore you can download the following files and upload them in the NSE :
