Daisy chain midi, clock only - PLEASE HELP! :)

				Hi!
I have a Nord stage 2 EX, a moog sub 37, and ableton. I'm trying to send the clock from ableton to the moog and nord by daisy chaining. I cant seem to get it to work. The nord either starts acting as a midi controller of the moog or vice versa.
How do I set up the nord so that it only receives the midi master clock from the moog ? So my setup would be ableton - interface - moog - nord. Or the latter two can be reversed, whichever.
Thanks!!

Hi, the NS2 should use the External MIDI Clock (disabling its internal one) as soon as it is received, so if the Moog is sending the Clock out the chain "ableton - interface - moog (OUT) -> (IN) nord" should be correct.
I suggest to check that the Moog is actually forwarding the clock

I'm interested in that stuff, too. Is the MIDI clock channel independent? Then it should be possible to set the Moog to send on a MIDI channel the Nord isn't listening to. That way, you don't get all the notes from the Moog while getting the MIDI clock. But I have no idea if that works.

The MIDI Clock is channel independent, as all the MIDI System Real Time messages
