Sound Manager Problem

Hi All, I'm looking for a helpful suggestion. I can no longer run the Nord Sound Manager. I have a Mac mini, and just recently installed Big Sur. I was bad and turned off my Wave2 without shutting the sound manager first and then tried a force quit or maybe I just turned off my Mac. Anyway when I try to launch the sound manager now, I get the message "Sound Manager is already running". I've trashed the application and reinstalled the newer sound manager v7.6. When I select force quit from the Apple menu it doesn't show the Sound Manager as running at all. Any suggestions??

Hi, Chris-
This info if from:
https://discussions.apple.com/thread/8483999
If you uninstall an app by dragging it to the trash it also leaves behind :
caches files in ~Library/Caches
preferences files in ~Library/Preferences
log files in ~Library/Logs
Other files in
~Library/Containers
~Library/Cookies
~Library/Address Book Plug-Ins
~Library/Saved Application State
~private/var/db/BootCaches
I would make sure all of these files are deleted and then try reinstalling NSM.
You can use software such as AppCleaner
