Hi MerelRosa,
it’s a soft Hammond with only little distortion and a Rhodes for the short part after the first guitar solo. I would suggest to start with a Hammond preset that comes already close to it, perhaps reduce the very top and very bottom drawbars a little bit, set the percussion to soft and play with the effect‘s Drive a bit. That should bring you close to what I guess it was Gregg Rolie early 70s did.

Edit: not only that Martin was faster, even better - there is larger choice.
