Hi

New to Nord and trying to find the best brass sounds for pop covers

I’ve divided it into two areas

1 synth brass

2 sampled brass

What are people’s recommendations?

When both synths slots are available, I'll often mix the two, with the sample providing the realism and the synth brass covering whatever else is needed. I haven't had to venture past what the Nord sample library has to offer but folks have added quite a few that can be easily found at the Nord User Sounds site. Here's an example of one I use. Thanks for the good suggestion

I like pop section 3 for most brass parts
Use a second brass section or synth brass sound as second layer.
Octave shift the second layer for more body.
I always add some ping pong delay and minimal reverb

For specific songs I create special brass sections, but for 80% of the songs I use the described patch
