Hi everyone,
I'm encountering a problem with my nord grand. The program change knob is behaving completely randomly: whenever I rotate it, the programs either do not change or change in large increments, either upward or downward, regardless of the rotation direction.
The problem appeared yesterday. I upgraded to OS 1.50, did a full factory reset but nothing has worked so far. I filed a request for assistance on the Nord support page but I would also appreciate getting feedback for other Grand users. My grand was purchased 18 months ago and never left my house so I cannot understand how I could possibly be defective after such a short time span.

this is what happened to me, with a 11 months old NS3:

I must say though since then I never encountered the problem again. I guess my Program encoder is only slightly defective and it might go for a long time before misfiring. But I know it's there, so it can only get worse with time.

But if you say that your Grand started doing this out of the blue and each time you turn the knob (and doing big jumps in either direction too) it might point towards a more substantial breakage of the encoder. If that's the case I guess it needs to be serviced... If it's 18 months old it should be covered by warranty. I concur it's very annoying...
